Yingkou Outstanding Young Entrepreneur: Zhao Zhiman

Graduated from Northeastern University in 1986 (majoring in metallurgy), and graduated from the School of Business Administration, Liaoning University (majoring in EMBA). As an EMBA (Executive Master of Business Administration), he has been to Hong Kong and the United States to participate in the Training Course of Chinese Industrial Enterprise Senior Talent and the Training Course of Industrial Enterprise Leader. He has served as consultant expert of China Refractory Industry Association, director of Liaoning Refractory Industry Association, vice chairman of Yingkou Refractory Industry Association, and academic member of Electric Dust Removal Committee of China Environmental Protection Industry Association. As an outstanding young entrepreneur of Yingkou City, he has been engaged in science and technology development and leadership for nearly 20 years, and has strong ability of new product research and development and market development. In addition, he presided over and participated in the research and development of 12 new products such as "lining firebrick of TG steel furnace of Fushun Special Steel I" and "magnesia aluminum spinel", and published 3 papers on "zirconium spinel for intermediate packaging" in Liaoning Silicate Journal. Moreover, over more than 30 technologies such as "production process of fused magnesium-zirconium eutectic materials" and "fully enclosed efficient dust removal device" presided by him have won national patents; specifically, "magnesium zirconium eutectic material" (project number: LNZH080028) was approved by the leading group of Liaoning scientific and technological achievements transformation project, and the "transformation and production of scientific and technological achievements of magnesium-zirconium eutectic materials" won the second prize of scientific progress of Yingkou People's Government.
